As interested in science and technology as art and nature, it seems that I’ve been groomed for design my entire life. Starting my path in engineering, and then veering a hard left into my current design career, I gravitate toward the unknown.

In a nutshell:

I want to fulfill my desire to create and affect change through challenging and engaging experiences.

I want to learn and contribute.

philosophy

My design philosophy is informed by process. I am intersted in providing interest and surprise through thoughtful, playful, and unexpected gestures and details.

education

I graduated with a BS in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio. It's extensive CO-OP program sythesized theoretical instruction with practical, real-world work experience. A strong emphasis on sustainable design was also instilled by the professors. This experience has been invaluable in my career.
